Entry Level Sales & Marketing Position

On Sale Promos (www.OnSalePromos.com) is a VA-based premiums and promotional products business, working with businesses and organizations who need their logo and brand put onto uniforms, tradeshow giveaways and various other marketing products. We are a fast growing company and provide a well-organized, youthful and entrepreneurial environment. Our team is comprised of young, energetic, creative and hard working professionals that love what they do and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work and commitment to OSP. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and a "do what it takes" resourcefulness and attitude.

We are always seeking full time sales account managers to help us better service our growing list of client accounts. Applicants must be interested in sales and have very strong phone and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and a superior customer service attitude and desire to "take care of the client". To reiterate, you must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, possess a positive and eager attitude, and react well under pressure if you are going to be successful in our business, which is a fun, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Finally, and most importantly, we are seeking individuals with GREAT attitudes - truly happy people, eager to learn and work hard and grow both personally and professionally.

Employees will successfully complete the sales account management trainee program and will then be handed OSP client accounts to service and grow.

In addition to traditional customer service techniques and protocol, the position will also teach you about corporate sales and position you to ascend to a sales management role within the company.
